Dear parents and carers,
It’s hard to believe we are already at the halfway point of Term 4! It feels like just yesterday that we were warmly welcoming this year’s kindergarten cohort into our school, filled with excitement and curiosity. Now, as we look ahead, we are already preparing to greet next year’s students, which is a testament to how quickly time flies in our busy school community.
Next week promises to be particularly exciting with two special events that we hope everyone will participate in.
QBD Book Fair: The QBD Book Fair will be held in our library every day this week, both before and after school. This is a fantastic opportunity for our students to explore a wide range of books and other educational items. Whether they are looking for the latest bestsellers, classic stories, or fun stationery, there will be something for everyone! We encourage parents to come along with their children to discover new reading materials that can inspire a love for books and learning.
P&C Colour Run: We are also thrilled to announce that the P&C Colour Run will take place this Friday at 1:30 PM. This event is not only a fun way for students to get active, but it also serves as a vital fundraiser for our school. We invite all families to come along and join in the festivities! It will be a lively afternoon filled with laughter, colour, and community spirit. Whether you are running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, your support makes a difference and helps us achieve our fundraising goals.
As we approach the end of the term, let’s embrace these events as opportunities to celebrate our school community and create lasting memories together. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the Book Fair and the Colour Run!
